Here on the board you right-click the .swf part of the file name and select "save" or "download" (whatever text your browser have). If you left-click before .swf you get a html page and in the bottom right corner there is a Download link you can right-click.
In the archive you either uncheck "Embed" before pressing the GET FILE button, or you use the [Save] link below the flash if you did embed it.
