Looks like the wrong java program is being run on your computer, try replacing "javaw" with "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin\javaw.exe". Note that "jre7" might be something else on your system (also, maybe " (x86)" should be removed depending on your installation). |

C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin That is the file location of javaw. This program could be monumental. A simpler way to cut up an image and use the piece for animating in flash. Imagine how many more flash animations could be made. Could be the future, who knows. Anon supports you! |

The vector paths created by the program that is put into flash contains a lot of points so it's not too easy to manipulate them as I would imagine is desirable during an animation. Coloring also still takes patience. Try removing "-Xmx5000m" completely from the command line and see if it then at least starts. If not, would you mind uninstalling Java and installing a new clean version of it? I'm also interested in hearing if the program works for other people or if everybody gets the same errors. |

If you ever get any errors it might be because the Java Virtual Machine ran out of memory, in that case try putting "-Xmx5000m" back but with a lower number, maybe 1000 would work instead of 5000. |
