Is there a way to control the frame step buttons via keyboard?

The buttons are tiny and hard to use.

There is now! Make sure to click somewhere outside the flash and then you can use the right and left arrow keys on your keyboard. I've only tested the script in Firefox but I'm pretty sure it will work in IE/Opera/Chrome and many others as well.
