Good half-hour comedy series

Average length of an episode in the series must not be over 35 minutes (the most common length of the kind of shows I'm talking about is about 22 minutes per episode).

The IT Crowd (2006-ongoing)

I'll start off with a decent British comedy show. It is NOT a sketch show.

It's about a company's IT support department, where the manager is a woman that don't know much about computers. It's pretty funny, four seasons so far.

If you are going to test-watch just one episode from this I recommend S02E01 , "The Work Outing". Just finished it, perhaps it's my current mood or something but I don't think I've laughed that much from anything in my life before. At least not in a long while.
