Looked around a bit more
this is definitely based on "kemono friends"
translating the dialog from decompiler mentions "the park" reverse image on the plushies says kemono friends, girl resembles serval
bad news is I can't find anything on dl-site and the flash doesn't link to an artist page it may very well be a WIP and this is it but there are links to "000_otoko2_fla" and "008_kitune_fla" meta data indicates Jul 26 2017 as finish date but first posting isn't until 2019

looked at the script again and saw this
makihisao (author) and kemo_proj(ect)
I still think it is a WIP because of the "kemo_proj" part as no search engine is giving me anything
dialog for 002 pretty much identical to 008
